ONE year is almost up...

Esther has been our One Programme Participant (OPP) since 1st September last year.  She has been a wonderful addition to our team over the past year and we will all be sad when her year comes to an end.

swim, ride, run...

on 7th July Kerrie Fisher (see photo) is taking part in the Canterbury Triathlon and is raising money for Cross-Links Dover in sponsorship.
the triathlon consists of 400 metre swim, followed by a 20 kilometre cycle race and ending with a 5 Kilometre run.
We are proud of her doing this and so, so grateful for her support.

Christian Aid walk 2013

So proud of the young people that joined us today for the sponsored walk: Christie, Stacie, Becky, Molly, Hayley, Stephanie, Casey, April, Josh & Ellie (aged 10yrs-17yrs); also a thank you to Esther, Glenys, Becky and Ben (from River Methodists) who accompanied the young folk on the walk.

Overall the walk raised approx. £1500 for Christian Aid, with us raising around £100 (final tally to come).  Here are lots of photos from the 6 mile walk beginning with a group photo before we all set off...
